Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Performance Simulators website at Performance Simulators.

2. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Return requests made after 14 calendar days from delivery will not be accepted unless approved by Performance Simulators in writing.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. All labels, tags, accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
  4. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order:

Please include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Proof of purchase.
  3. Photos or videos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For standard returns, customers are not required to provide a reason for return, but sharing the reason may help us process the request faster.

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

5. Return Shipping

All standard return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers must use a trackable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another reliable courier.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Performance Simulators will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Returns Due to Change of Mind

Returns due to change of mind are accepted only if:

  1. The return request is made within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  2. The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  3. All accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and included items are returned.

Approved change-of-mind returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee based on the product price.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Performance Simulators.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

You must provide photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

After review, Performance Simulators will offer one of the following:

  1. A replacement product.
  2. A full refund.
  3. Another resolution approved by both parties.

For approved defective or damaged product claims, Performance Simulators will cover return shipping costs.

8. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Performance Simulators will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned at our expense and will send the correct product or issue a full refund.

9. Product Never Arrived

If tracking does not show delivery by the scheduled carrier delivery date, or if tracking shows the product was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at support@performancesimulators.com.

Performance Simulators will investigate the issue with the carrier.

If the carrier confirms that the product was lost, Performance Simulators will offer either:

  1. A replacement product.
  2. A full refund.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the order has not been shipped.

If the order has already shipped, the customer must follow the return process after receiving the product.

11. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  1. Custom or personalized products.
  2. Products made to the customer’s specifications.
  3. Gift cards.
  4. Downloadable software products.

12. Refund Approval

Refunds are issued only after Performance Simulators receives and inspects the returned item.

We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Refunds may be rejected if the returned product does not meet the return eligibility requirements listed in this policy.

13. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 21 calendar days after Performance Simulators receives and inspects the returned item.

This 21-day refund processing period is the time required for Performance Simulators to process the refund. Any additional delay caused by the customer’s bank, credit card company, or payment provider is outside the control of Performance Simulators.

14. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  1. The item is returned with missing parts.
  2. The item is not returned in original condition.
  3. The item is damaged for reasons not caused by Performance Simulators.

The return is approved but subject to the 15% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns.

Returns received after the approved return period may be rejected.

15. Exchanges

Performance Simulators will replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, Performance Simulators will cover shipping costs.

For change-of-mind exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs, and the exchange must still be requested within the 14-day return window.

This Return and Refund Policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
